We’ve got your BAC — Board Advisory Center
Legal Counsel for Boards & Management Partners
We represent boards of directors of Florida homeowner and condominium associations, working in close coordination with their management companies to provide legal guidance grounded in each community’s governing documents. This Board Advisory Center serves as a centralized space for both new and existing clients to access legal guidance, submit matters for review, and engage with our counsel team in a structured environment.
A Partnered Approach to Governance
Community Association Law
Boards are responsible for governance decisions, and management teams are responsible for carrying those decisions into day-to-day operations. In many communities, legal interpretation becomes intertwined with operational decision-making, creating uncertainty around roles and responsibilities.
Our role is to provide clear, objective legal guidance that supports both the board’s decision-making authority and the management team’s operational responsibilities. The Board Advisory Center exists to reinforce that structure, ensuring governance decisions are aligned, defensible, and consistently applied.

As newly elected or appointed directors, you carry fiduciary responsibilities that require clarity, consistency, and informed decision-making. We provide the legal guidance necessary to support effective governance and confident leadership.
